M.A.C.S. Building Committee

The first meeting of the M.A.C.S. Building Committee was held on January 9 at St. Mary. Rules of conduct for the meetings and formation of some sub-committees was authorized. The next meeting of the MACS Building Committee will be held in the St. Mary Church Basement on January 23 at 7:00PM. All meetings are open to the public. Published minutes of the meetings and agendas can be found on the MACS and St. Henry websites.

Members of the M.A.C.S. Building Committee are: Fr. Don Czapla, Dick Hierstein, Dave Melde, Fr. Jim Miller, Dick Schrad, Dan Mead, Principal Jim Wessling, Paul Seberger, and John Dawley. The alternates for voting purposes are John Fink, Deb Heil, Jaime Cook, and Dan Engesser. The members and alternates have the right to fully participate in discussions at all meetings. The M.A.C.S. Building Committee can also allow other individuals to participate in discussions because of their needed expertise. Diocesan officials always have the right to fully participate in discussions as well. Other individuals who wish to speak their concerns to the M.A.C.S. Building Committee need to contact either Fr. Don, Fr. Jim or Jim Wessling in order to be put on the agenda.
